In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from us. Please contact us before sending an item back for return. No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. We will instruct you on how to go about returning the item.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Lingerie, Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 20% plus less shipping charge will apply to all return.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Haircare, Lingerie or Makeup items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Are your products authentic?

Yes, we guarantee that all our products are 100% authentic.

When I add an item to "add to cart" why does it says "... is not currently available. Please contact us for availability of this item?"

The item is currently out of stock or the item is discontinued. We don't have any of them available. I have customers emailing me wanting to know the quantities available. Yahoo store is programmed to say this and the wording can't be altered.

When I add an item to my shopping cart, why doesn't it show anything in there?

Because the item is out of stock. The quantity level has already fallen done to zero so nothing can be added to the cart.

What are testers?

Testers are even more discounted than the fancy boxed versions and are great if you don't have a need for the fancy packaging. Testers are 100% authentic, fresh and completely full like the original fragrance, however they are meant for the counter at the department store. They sometimes comes without the cap.

What is the difference between Perfume, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Eau de Cologne?

The differences are simply a matter of the amount or concentration of oils in the fragrance. These oils are called "juice." The highest concentration of "juice" is in perfume (or parfum). Next would be Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette, and finally Eau de Cologne.

Actually, Eau de Toilette and Eau de Cologne are generally interchangeable, particularly in Men's fragrances. After Shave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration of "juice" the longer your fragrance will last, and the less you need to apply.

Why do some fragrances seem to last much longer than others?

People with dry skin usually find their fragrance holding time shorter than those with oily skin because oily skin has more natural moisture to hold in the fragrance.

How can I make my scent last longer?

Fragrance lasts longer on some people than on others because of differences in our skin (oily or dry) and in our PH levels. To achieve a longer effect, try layering your fragrance. Using the fragrance bath gel, (if the company offers one), then the moisturizer or powder, and then the Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Eau de Cologne, will usually have a longer lasting effect.

Also, apply your fragrance low on the body, as well as behind your ears and on your neck, so that the scent rises and you won't lose it as quickly. A light spray on the hair can last all day.

What is the difference between a splash and a spray?

There is absolutely no difference in the fragrance. The difference is in the application only. However, a spray bottle, being ostensibly sealed all the time, may actually have a longer shelf life. Making the decision between spray and splash is entirely a matter of personal preference.

Why do some men wear Cologne, and others prefer to wear After Shave?

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?

To prevent jewelry from damage, store your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place individually in pouches or plastic bags to keep them from environmental harm. Do not rub jewelry with coarse fabric, it may scratch the jewelry surface. Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time, it may fade the color of the stone. This coating helps protect the silver from tarnishing, scratching, and corrosion; however, the lifespan of your plating depends on the care and environment. Moisture, temperature, lotions, sweat, and perfumes can all effect the lifespan of the plating.
